About the event
Dancers Over 40 will celebrate five remarkable performers at our 18th Annual Legacy Awards and Holiday Dinner on Monday, December 7, 2026, at LIPS Restaurant.
This year’s honorees are (pictured below) Anthony Marciona, Bill Nabel, Lenora Nemetz, Monica Tiller, and Candace Tovar. Each has made a lasting contribution to dance and to DO40’s mission of preserving the history, legacy and lives of our community. Together, their careers span Broadway productions including Zorba, A Chorus Line, and 42nd Street, along with many other companies and stages.
DO40 member Harold “Buddy” Flowers, also known as Boudoir LeFleur, will host the evening. Buddy first performed for DO40 at our 2010 dance concert at the Baryshnikov Arts Center in Larry Fuller’s “dance belt” number.
