Legacy Awards Introduction with Carol Channing!

The lovely Carol Channing (Richard Skipper) opens the second annual DO40 Legacy Awards with "Elegance," sung to our honorees for the evening, Fred Curt, Harvey Evans, Stuart Hodes, Richard Korthaze, Ken Urmston and special honoree producer Edmund Gaynes. Carol then iintroduces DO40 President John Sefakis, who welcomes the crowd.

Gwen Verdon #8: Donna McKechnie & Sweet Charity Revival stories with Gwen...and Bob

Donna discusses how Gwen had catalogued - in her head -- all the alternate choreography/stagings for each lead in "Charity" that had come after her, and offered Donna her choice! More Sweet Charity and than a lovely anecdote from Nicole Fosse in the audience about how mom "did her job" around the house! The segment ends with a rare clip of Gwen "signing" a song.
